Visiting the website

When you open the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (for example IP address, time, page requested). Hosting: Vercel Inc. with servers in Frankfurt (Germany). We do not use cookies or third-party tracking. A simple counter of our own records page views without cookies and without storing the IP address.

Forms (quote, booking, application, contact)

When you send a form, we process the details you enter (for example name, email, phone, address, preferred date, message) in order to answer your enquiry. The details are sent to us by email (sending service Resend) and stored in a database (Upstash). The legal basis is your consent and the preparation of a contract. We delete enquiries as soon as they are no longer needed.

Fonts, images, external links

We deliver fonts and images from our own website. Links to Google (review) and to TWINT lead to third-party websites, for which their privacy policies apply.

Transfer abroad

The service providers named may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA. They are contractually obliged to provide adequate data protection.

Your rights

You can request information about your data as well as correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@cleaningangel.ch. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
